Residents draw to the attention of the Lord Mayor and Brisbane City Councillors the ongoing heat and design issues in King George Square. We the undersigned believe that King George Square is too hot and ask that Council take immediate action to cool down this important public space.
Your petitioners therefore request that the Lord Mayor urgently order a review into the options available to re-introduce grass and extra natural shade to King George Square.
